Yang's - Thurles

The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. The chef deserves compliments for maintaining high standards. However, there have been recent issues with delivery orders. Despite requesting a specific delivery time, the delivery person has arrived early multiple times, resulting in having to send the food back. There was also an incident where the person taking my order over the phone hung up on me before I could give a delivery time, and then scolded me when I called back. On another occasion, the food arrived over an hour earlier than requested, causing a delay. Despite asking for the manager to call, no follow-up was made. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the good food, but the lack of attention and communication from staff is disappointing. It is important for staff to listen to customers, especially when taking orders over the phone, which is lacking in this establishment.
