A Harmony Chinese Food - Tillsonburg

When we entered the restaurant, there was no one in sight and the smell was off-putting. We decided to turn around and leave. We will not be returning. The restaurant was dirty, and we questioned whether there was a health inspector in the city.

The person who used minute rice in a fried rice dish at this restaurant is either inexperienced, lazy, or not Asian. It is surprising that someone from an Asian background would make such a mistake, as it makes them appear foolish and incompetent as a chef.

Excellent eating, excellent meals schedules and options that are fresh and tasty. customer service and pricing are pleasant

Tonight I ordered two combo dinners from this restaurant, and the total bill including delivery was $42.05. When the meal arrived at my table, it was cold. The chicken wings were soggy and unappetizing as they were not properly prepared. I spoke to the staff about my dissatisfaction, but they were rude and dismissive. Additionally, I had placed an order for Mother's Day, but they lost it and I ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes in a crowded restaurant. It was clear that they were not able to handle the volume of orders. I no longer feel comfortable eating at this restaurant and will not be returning. I have had good experiences with them in the past, but this last visit was unacceptable. I work hard for my money and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

I decided tonight would be chineese food night and thought to support another local restaurant in the downtown area. their brochure for special combos for one $15.95 looked appealing vs ordering the take out order for one the same price. I found the selection options...of 5 choices was a better option for me as I could order according to my likes vs order a predetermined menu for one. overall, the meal I ordered was exactly what I wanted and tasted great. in fact, there was enough in this order to share with my wife too.
