Subway - Tillsonburg

Food quality has really went down with the new ownership. The bun on the sub I had tonight was not fresh, when I got it home it was actually hard. Saying it was a day old bum would have an exaggeration! It had to have several days old. During the same visit the owner attempted to put a whole row of tomatoes with green centres on my sub, when the whole bin was full of fully ripe tomatoes. I throw away all the green ends at home, so I sure as hell will not pay subway prices for greens ones. Also during that same visit the owner didn’t want to take the $3 off coupon that I had because he said my sub wasn’t a series sub, which it clearly was. It’s a real shame, the previous owner was great and everything was always so fresh and she never tried to cut corners with old or poor quality produce.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I’ve ordered here a few times, every time there is an issue. This time in specific, I ordered a chicken sandwich. Upon delivery, the sandwich is cold. Not cold, ice cold. They didn’t even bother to warm the meat for a non toasted sandwich. When I called, they were rude and offered no assistance. Not sure how they are even still in business with their level of customer service.

Asked by the staff if he even needed to change gloves after I asked for a gluten free bun. The staff did not wipe the area down nor did the second staff that touched the sandwich. Staff do not follow protocols at this location and in return got sick.Dietary restrictions: Go to another location

Me and my partner used to love this location in tillsonburg; After our last few visits we will be going to the other location ! Everyone seems to be friendly and ready to serve except this one curly haired girl who is always in a bad mood with us for no reason !She does not greet us, she doesn’t even ask us what we would like just stands there with a blank angry stare until we start talking! Not to mention she always messes up somehow and gets even more grumpy looking when we correct her! We just can’t stand going somewhere in a good mood and getting treated like this it’s so annoying! People can have bad days I understand that, but this happens EVERY time shes working it’s so rude!If I treated people like this at my job I wouldn’t have a job ! Customer service sucks, I worked at subway too for a while and it’s not fun some days but you just gotta put a smile on your face, do what you gotta do and fake it till you make it unfortunately!

I guess like any other subway, it all tastes the same like subway should, I love that bread(italian herb and cheese)
