A happy, friendly small town experience, with great food and phenomenal desserts!The fact that is it in a historic manse, increases the pleasure of coming. Make sure you have a reservation. Ladies when asked large or small-pick small.The only thing wrong with it is that it is not open for supper or I would eat all my meals here.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The soup I had was amazing and the sandwiches are something else! The desserts blew me away and the servers are all very pleasant. Enjoyed lunch with a family member. The front room is the more attractive of the two in a historic home. My son loved a sandwich of real chicken breast, stuffing and cranberry sauce on a ciabatta bun, while I had a nice-tasting curried soup with a sandwich with garlic-flavored chicken, stuffing and cheddar cheese, all grilled on a panini press. There was a wide selection of baked good and we took a sampling of four home to enjoy with the rest of the family. The carrot cake was very good, as was a chocolate cheese cake-like tart. Service was friendly and helpful. While we did not make reservations, we arrived just before the lunch rush -- the place fills up quickly as there is not a lot of seating and its clear that local really enjoy this place.
