Dunkin' - Tinley Park

Came through the drive through in the morning and was served/given stale croissants and donuts, couldn't verify the quality till I got to the office and by then was too late to return them!

Great customer service! food was ready on time , everyone there was very polite and friendly! I?ll definitely be coming back to this Dunkin

I paid $6 for a coffee and got a cup full of ice with barely coffee in it

The most terrible customer service! the coworker was out of no reason in an extreme rush. She asked what we can get before we even get to the red. I ordered what I want, but my sister didn't know what she wanted. the hired as continuing to say: "Are they done? You know what you want?" “Is this all for you” my sister said: “Give me a second” 3 times! then we go up to pay, and this lady cries our total 3 times. how we cost them the first day. my sister wanted to pack her wallet and this coworker then says: “We have a line so fast on” “will pay” (mind you there was two people behind us) and it wasn’t even a whole 30 seconds. after that we just drove away. No one will spend hard earned money there for a place that treats them less than human. do not go to this ratchet with the ratchet girl with the blonde hair. if I gave this place 0 stars. If you want a decent human standing, I suggest you go somewhere else. ps. I can't speak for anyone hired there, but the girl technical with blonde hair is extremely rude every time we go there, she hurls us and speaks extremely fast. she listens and even controls her employees.
