I waited in the drive for over 15 minutes. after 7 cars in front of us. our order for 6 hardshell tacos, and two mango danks who have informed us that they are from mango danks. So we just ordered the tacos. after the car arrived in front of us there went to pay. with a person behind us we were asked to drive forward and wait. I asked why there's only one car behind us. after two minutes they gave us the order. we went straight to the house to eat. when we opened the job, all six tacos were flat, soggy smashed and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. I tried to call and her phone system is not set up to talk to customers. I and my wife were very disappointed:(We never had so bad service of this place and we were often buyers for years!
Every time I go to this taco bell, it is either closed early or there is an extremely long waiting time to get her food. for a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars, they really have the worst service from the fast food chains. 4/5 times I was here, it worked a person. they earn enough money to rent more employees. if the problem is that no one wants to work because the low wage, they want them to be their employment. this whole situation should really be shut off! never come back.
I don't understand how it can take 45 minutes to make two burritos, but a family of three can come and order the half of the menu in under 20 minutes slowest service I ever.
Longwest fast eating in history. a burrito lasted 20 minutes to get to theke. only a few people here.
Today 's 7/5/22 at 11pm. I waited in the drive through for 27 mins. Was waiting at the intercom for over 15 mins alone. There was no one in front of me at the window. I said 'hello ' and the lady asked me to hold on. I got impatient, along with the rest of the long line, and we started leaving one by one. This poor guy was standing at the drive through register and seemed new and just watched all of us drive away. When I came around the front I seen the drive through lady with her headset on chatting with someone at the door. This isn 't the first time there was an extremely long wait time in the drive through or the dining room was closed prematurely. They must have changed new mgmt be cause this place has gotten so bad with the customer service in the last 2 years that I have lived here.
