Ancor Fish House - Tirana

The country and city where I grew up are now being terrorized for no reason or reason. It is far from being spread in the media, not only military objects are the targets of these attacks. Ukrainians suffer, civilians are shot dead, houses bombed. This is not a " war plan to restore peace " , a direct crime against humanity that challenges any international law.

Such a nice restaurant In a nice quiet location of Tirana I don’t speak Albania and the chef there dory spoke perfect English and helped me out the food is super and the price is very reasonable not expensive at all will return every trip from UK Highly recommended

Ottima accoglienza, pesce fresco e gustoso, cura del dettaglio nell' arredo. Ambiente soft, ideale per una cena romantica ma prefetto anche per la famiglia, data la disponibilità di spazio. Decisamente da provare!

We enjoyed our food! Especially if you are a fan of Mediterranean meals. Service was very good. Atmosphere and furniture is not something special. Good variety of wines. It was very delicious. The best meal for me was the wild sea bass. Fish soup also very good. Interesting for Albania is that in some restaurants like this one you have the chance to try that brown mussels which in general is nothing special but you cannot try it in Italy for example. It is forbidden to be picked up in Apennine peninsula.

Nice place at all. The fish is fresh and tasty here. I think that fish soup here is a real deal. Linguini with date mussels is awesome and it’s a must! Wide selection of wines and a few types of beers. Location is not the best one. But the place is worth to be visited. Furnishing is ok and comfortable. The service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again. And will definitely recommend the place.
