The noodle stand tokyo is located in the 2nd floor of jingumae comichi, 3 minutes from the yuku station, promised us the world's best vegan ramen the ordering process was fast, deposit money, press the button, give the ticket to the staff and wait for it approx. 3-5 minutes for her torment. a Youtube food reviewer said that these vegan rugs were too rich, and I can see where they come from. the broth was quite thick and rich, but it was nicely balanced with the chopped tomatoes (although not enough of it,) and the chopped nuts add more deep to the broth. I also love the fact that they use legumes instead of the usual bohnenprouts et al,. toppings, as well as the chop meat (which was cold) and brokkoli, as it adds the warmth of the suppe. the noodles also have the right chewiness, but the thick was too much for me. in terms of portion size, I would say that it is right (although I could eat something more to be honest). in comparison to other larger raving bowls I had, however, this is a little expensive, as the Ramon shop is a bit cramped. I wish this place has more vegan options because this one bowl of rammen is definitiw up with the best I had, but sad, not the best in the world for me.
Listen to my fine feathered vegan friends. in a country where vegan ramen is a growing idea, this takes the lead. I had about 5 or 6 different vegan rarms in my time in japan and that was so heavenly, we came back our last night, out of the way from asakusa, just to enjoy the taste again. I have actually booked almost one transfer in tokio for another trip to get this rug. Anyway, they only have one option, and that's all they need. it's the cocoscist. it is so creamy and tasteful. I never had a creamy broth, so it was new and I don't know if I can go back into clearer broth. it was very simple, noodles, broth, mock meat and very little veggie. only simple perfection. they also had these broths in non vegan options when they eat with an omni that does not vegan meat. highly recommended, make this a stop over ts tantan if they can't do both. also it is only cash and they use the machines to order. foreseeable at lunch, it could wait a bit as it is a small place
Note didnt translate well but its close for the time being fyi
You didn't lie, that was pretty good rambling. the broth is rich and creamy from cocos milk. the tomatoes are strange tangig? Maybe slightly ground? there were also steamed brokkoli, mixed beans and soy meat in suppe. very good!
