Pique Cafe - Tokyo

Edit from 1/2/2023: You updated the menu again and now there is nothing vegan marked on the menu. The staff said the only possibility was a salad to order the salmon. Edit: You have recently updated the menu with many vegan options! I have uploaded new pictures Quiet and cute cafe in the basement of Takashimaya. There are no tons of vegan places in this neighborhood, so I was glad to see that they added more vegan friendly dishes to the menu. Allergens are clearly marked. I tried the curry and taco rice and both are good, a little spicier than I expected to be it! I also saw a non-fishing burger on the menu, but it seems only vegetarian. I have seen that the menu changes a few times, so it is possible that they continue to update it. Updated by previous review on 2020-01-29

There are many options and the food was surprisingly delicious. A complete and balanced meal. We tried all vegan dishes and they were excellent.

One of the few places with vegan options in the Futako Tamagawa area. The food is good, but not excellent. I was really excited to try the purple sweet potato mont blanc cake, but found the cake itself too dry and crumbling, the sweet potatoes underboiled, and the price too high. The herbal Hamburg steak with tomatoes Demi-glace sauce plate was quite good. I'm often in the area, but always forget that this restaurant is here. But I want to go back and try their burgers.
