Decent price and good amount of unagi. Opens till late which is very convenient for tourists. Unagi tastes very good and I like the charcoal grill taste.

This restaurant gave me very ugly impression. The staff forgot to order one dish and one member had to start eat when the other members finished their meal. The staff wasn 't really sorry for that even though she told 'she is sorry ' through her lip. Normal food! Unkind service! They know the best way to attract people. Even though the 2nd place is almost vacant but they made people wait for 30 minutes in winter. VERY CLEVER!!! NORMAL FOOD! UNKIND SERVICE! VERY COMMERCIAL TACTIC

I give 5 star and no need comment. Very tasty and consider cheap. Recommended to try.

Might not be the top of the line of eel dish, but it taste very delicious at this price and the location's ease of access. The taste-price is very good, reasonable price. The egg-roll with eel inside is new and taste amazing!

Good for the price, reasonably fast service even during lunch time. Specialty Unagi shops definitely taste better but you’re gonna pay a lot more.
