The personal is not friendly. in any case not recommendas after food act 2006, food retail (including restaurant) has the responsibility to provide accurate information about the ingredients and show customers where ça get more information. the owner of this restaurant should be patient to learn what customers could have allergies. for me allergy to garlic. be patient. this is implemented from the food act 2006 by queensland: “Customers should let them know whether they need information about food that can cause allergic or intolerance reactions. if customers request food for special nutritional requirements, they must ensure that their business offers this. the employees should know where information can be found about food that can cause allergic or intolerance reactions. information provided to the personal must be accurate and up-to-date. food safety is not just about food poisoning. the employees must respond to questions about ingredients in foods, as allergies can be life-threatening.” Please note the food safety (corresponding to potential food allergy of customers)

I can't say anything about the authenticity of the noodles, but it's what I imagine authentic noodles should taste like. Amazing textures and flavours! It's a very small shop with a few tables inside and out. Cash only.
