Mcdonald's - Topeka

Great customer service very friendly staff waiting was not long for everyone that the order was all we had ordered, the fries are in the regular my favourite part, but they lubricated a lil as they before us like 2 or 3 cars before as that I lovin it ba ba lol

I love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... Oh and the cinnamon rolls with a nice cup of hot coffee It is very busy, specially during breakfast , at least it has been for me from personal experience; and when this happens, I prefer to order ahead through the app, and it makes it so much better that when you arrive to the speaker all you have to do is give them the code and within seconds you're through and on to the first window.I never like ordering and picking up on the parking spot because it takes decades, but if you choose picking from the window it is fast. I think people that are ordering for a dozen people should try this option, it will make it easier on themselves to remember their order, avoid mistakes, and make it and easy and faster transaction.Kid-friendliness: YesParking: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

We ordered burgers and fries. And 13 freshly made chocolate chip cookies, the cookie tote. Because when you order the cookie tote 13 chocolate chip cookies they have to make them fresh. They gave me their old style not fresh cookies. So I looked at the lady and I said these are not fresh I ordered the cookie tote and I asked for them to be freshly made she apologized and told me to pull to stall number one and they'll get them right out to me. It took 38 minutes. I had to call them Bang on the door because the door was not open. The manager lady thought that bringing out ice cream would make the 38 minutes OK. My kids fries are cold burgers are cold it's 7 something at night dinner time we've been out playing all day no ice cream doesn't make it better.

Waited more than 10min for a Frappe outside. Manager walked by never asking if everything was okay until I finally asked about my order. I try to keep staff shortage in my mind however when staff are walking around with their face in their phones it kinda hard to be understanding?

This McDonalds really sucks. Seems like everytime I go there is a problem. I asked for no onions on my burgers so why would I want onions on my Mcchicken. By the way my Mcchicken had to bottom buns. Please get done with construction with the one on Topeka BlvdEdit: not sure why this is just now posting I can't even remember when I wrote this had to be last year but the picture I added today is this morning. Im not sure why they though that was ok
