Bar isabel has thrown me away and is definitely worth the hype. I have the tasting menu here and our server was friendly enough to adjust the menu based on how much my friend and I could eat. (for example, they asked what was a “must behavior” for us and our general preferences. then during dinner, he would come back to check on us how much more he should eat out) my favourite dish was the croquettes – something from the a la carte menu. there were also those mushes in a spicy vinaigrette that were delicious. I would also highly recommend the knochenmark if they are comfortable with a ‘Fattier’ court

One of the best dinners I have had in Toronto. Hands down. We ordered the tasting menu. The staff was super friendly, asked how hungry we are, then asked what we needed to have from the menu. We where all blown away. The food was fresh, delicious and creative. The service was perfectly paced, friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was attentive to everything and answered questions we had. Cocktails where on another level. Fantastic. Definitely deserves its place in the top 100. You have to eat here!

Our bartender was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He recommended the croquette that wasn’t on the menu and I swear I could have eaten 10 more! The bone marrow was also delicious. The service was quick, the staff were friendly and great. Will be coming back.

Excellent food the octopus and vanilla cake are musts. The bone marrow and jowl meat were amazing for those looking for different textures to try!
