Croissant Tree - Toronto

Yesterday around 9 am they were closed. (Though TripAdvisor marked this place as open.) But the restaurant doesn't have their hours if operation written anywhere. It looked a bit abandoned too.

Although we came in at least 45 minutes before closing time employees were more concerned to close the place than anything else. They even looked at us so we left the place and unfortunately without try anything. ..maybe next time

Belgian waffle was excellent. So was the ham and cheese omlette. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable.

This is a family-run restaurant. Sandwiches are freshly prepared. Appreciated the quiet and calm of the restaurant that can easily seat over 50 people.

We stopped for lunch, staff was friendly, place a bit tight, food good. I enjoyed the soup very much, but found the rest average. Great to relax, but quite average as nothing stood out other than the friendly staff.
