Cinnabon - Torrance

The cinnamon coffee drink I ordered tasted like the last cinnamon roll that fell off a table and into the toilet—it was the worst coffee I've ever had, even worse than McDonald's. The cinnamon roll bits I wanted were not what I received, and they were handed to me by a snarky blonde employee in glasses who clearly doesn't enjoy her job. When I asked her to correct her mistake, she just tossed some nuts on top. Do I really need to beg you to do your job properly? Even dogs do a better job at pointing things out!

The restaurant's online business hours state that it closes at 9 PM. However, when I got to the counter at 7:30 PM, I was told they were already closing. I recommend updating the posted hours to better reflect the actual closing time.

The hours listed indicate that they close at 9 PM, but they actually stop serving food around 8 PM. I'm honestly quite disappointed.

The restaurant is located near Dave and Buster's in Del Amo. It had been a while since my last visit, but I recently decided to order a four-pack for takeout. The service was decent, though it lacked enthusiasm; it felt more like they were just taking orders without truly engaging with the customers. Unfortunately, the four-pack I received tasted stale. The dough was tough and chewy, as if the rolls had been left out for a few days. I’m not sure if the takeout boxes are made fresh daily, like the ones prepared hourly for dine-in, but I was definitely let down by my experience.

Cinnabon consistently delights with its incredible flavors. A trip to the mall isn't truly complete without treating yourself to one.
