This particular location offers a variety of Asian and Western-style sandwiches, including breakfast options. Our go-to choices are the number 11 (combination Vietnamese cold cuts) and number 5 (grilled pork). If you have a low tolerance for spice, I recommend requesting the jalapeños on the side, as their heat can vary quite a bit. The baguettes are freshly baked on-site, and you can even purchase them plain for just $2. Their iced coffee has a great reputation, and it's definitely worth trying. You can also buy the concentrate in-store, and it’s available in bulk at Costco!
I really enjoy Lee's Sandwiches. The prices are affordable, and the food and drinks are fantastic. My personal favorite is the #4 BBQ chicken sandwich (Asian), although many of my friends prefer the banh mi. For drinks, I love the matcha green tea with boba, but their coffee is excellent too. This place is also our top choice for catering sandwiches, offering both Asian-style on baguettes and Western-style on croissants, along with delicious spring rolls and egg rolls.
During the COVID-19 protocols, customers line up outside and are allowed in one at a time to place their orders. I decided to try their pork sandwich. The cashier asked if I could wait for 4 minutes for a freshly baked baguette, and of course, I said yes. How can you resist a sandwich made with a warm, freshly baked French baguette? While looking at the menu, I discovered that you can also order just the baguette. So, the photo shows half of the sandwich alongside half of the baguette... because I already devoured the other half. I’m genuinely impressed that a chain restaurant can serve such delicious food. I will definitely return.
Both of our sandwiches were among the worst I've ever had at any Lee's location. They were missing ingredients and not properly assembled. The onion quality was surprisingly unappetizing. When we arrived, there was a high school kid trying to show off for his friends, which added to the overall chaos of the place. After waiting for 20 minutes with no service, we found it difficult to enjoy our experience as the owner kept engaging in disruptive conversations with the staff. In short, I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment.
I visited this restaurant expecting to enjoy a delicious sandwich, but my experience was disappointing. I waited to be acknowledged and to place my order, but it felt like I wasn't even there! To make matters worse, I noticed the girl answering phone calls and taking orders while I was ignored. It was as if I were invisible. I won't be returning due to this poor customer service.
