Pink's Hot Dogs - Torrance

Ever since Pinks opened in the Del Amo Fashion Mall in Torrance, I have been a loyal customer of their delicious hot dogs. I first tried their hot dogs many decades ago at their Los Angeles location, and recently rediscovered their amazing flavors. The chili dog I ordered on my first visit to their new location instantly brought back memories of the great taste I remembered from years ago. I absolutely love Pinks' chili dogs - they are simply the best in town.

After a long day of shopping my stomach itching for food. I entered the food court and immediately saw Pinks Hot Dog. I 've heard great things about this place on TV and knew I had to try it. Anyway, let 's cut to the chase here 's my review: Ranch Bacon Fries 8 10: I feel like if I was buzzed this would be the drunchies typa food I would get. It 's exactly what it 's called lol. Just your average fries with bacon topped off with some ranch. Nothing too special. Simple but good. LA Hot Dog 4 10: Man was this a let down. It 's kinda my fault for ordering this brick knowing that I was in Torrance ordering a Los Angeles Hot dog. SMFH . s was trash and messy. Leave the LA dogs to your local hot dog vendors aka the local super heros. The cashier was very friendly and so were the people at the pick up station. The line moved pretty quickly however seating is a whole other animal. Considering you 're at a mall food court you need to fight for a seat. To sum things up. The simple French Fries dish stole the show here while the Hot Dog was lacking and the seating is very bad NOTE TO SELF MALL FOOD COURT SEATS SUCK. I really really wanted this place to be good. The only thing carrying this franchise would be the employee customer service. Not sure if I would come back :

I was very disappointed when I drove all the way to the Carson location only to find out that they did not have the advertised 75 cent chili dog. I believe that if Pink's advertises something, it should be available at all of its locations. This was a letdown and a shame on their advertisement.

I thought it was pretty expensive $7.95) but I wanted one. It has been years. What a disappointment. It was so tasteless. No way was it worth $7.95. Won't ever be going back again. By the way I got 2 of them, I threw the 2nd one away.

Best hotdog I've had in a while. They have so many different kinds of toppings. I personally loved the bbq onion ring hotdog!
