Red Fort - Torrance

All the dishes were authentic and expertly prepared. The food here is truly delicious. While the restaurant doesn't have the rustic charm of the original monument in Old Delhi, the ambiance and staff are very welcoming. The space is spacious, featuring red suede banquettes and white accents. The tables are dressed with crisp white tablecloths and complemented by red napkins. We were seated at a round table that was perfect for conversation. The brunch included a beverage of our choice, either a soft drink or mango lassi. The double-sided buffet offered a wide variety of classic Indian dishes. Among the highlights were goat curry, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, and tandoori chicken, along with an assortment of vegetable dishes, dals, and Basmati rice. Chutney accompanied the pakoras and bhajis, while fresh fruit and kheer were served for dessert. We could also choose between garlic naan or plain naan.
