Contribuisci feedbackThe poster advertised 20 pieces of boneless wings as a specialty, but the woman taking orders told me they could not serve that item, even after showing her the poster. I was not satisfied and will not be returning to that restaurant.
This restaurant is the worst! The manager, Rosie, does a terrible job and speaks rudely to her employees. The soda machine was broken, causing the liquid to taste strange and unpleasant. There was no sign to inform customers that the machine was not working. This Wingstop location desperately needs new management and a training workshop on providing excellent customer service.
In addition, I received the wrong order and when I brought it to the cashier's attention, she claimed that the food had been sitting out for hours because I didn't pick it up in time. Despite showing her my online order confirmation for pick up at 6:45, she did not apologize for the mistake. I had to insist that they remake my order, which was eventually done incorrectly. While they did provide extra fries as compensation, the overall customer service was lacking. I was overcharged for my meal and despite calling multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response. The lack of attention to detail in preparing my order, as well as the inconsistent and rude service, left me feeling dissatisfied with my experience at the restaurant.
Online July 2. ordered 7 clock and the two work super friendly. they were busy and still got my order right and I had like everything with special instructions. in any case.
I would like give them -10/5, long time to do the order, they forgot to put any kind of sauce, the french fries don't try to eat it just throw it to the garbage.
