Pixie And The Hawk - TORRENSVILLE

Stellar coffee and food is delish. Lovely friendly people running the show. Can't wait to come back! The poached eggs with sauteed leek was one of the most unique and delish breakfasts i have ever had.

Hello foodies! I have been hearing great things about Pixie and the Hawk and finally decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan and gluten-free options on the menu. The Vietnamese broth with salt and pepper tofu, vermicelli noodles, peanuts, fried shallots, and bok choy stood out to me. Despite my initial skepticism about yet another broth dish, I was blown away by the flavors and textures. The restaurant was busy, which is always a good sign in my book. Having driven past numerous times I finally stopped in for a coffee on Sunday. This is a very cute cafe with really lovely staff. While I was waiting I checked out the food menu (I will be back! . The coffee was excellent.

You can buy coffee and food from anywhere.... but Pixie and the Hawk isn't just anywhere.  The bacon bun is one of my dirty little secrets when i get the hankering and this delicious gem is generally complimented by their superb coffee.  But this is still not the best part about this wonderful little cafe... the people! Warm, welcoming and an absolute joy to walk into.  Love your work guys... thanks!

I had the best coffee ever in Torrensville at this restaurant. The 5 senses Brazil bean was absolutely heavenly! They offer some fantastic options for GF/vegan treats. However, I thought the menu could use more options for salads and non-bread items. The service and staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning for the coffee!
