Wingstrand’s - Torrey

Not sure what happened but this place is closed. Not sure if it's temporary or they're renovating or what. There are only no trespassing signs on the doors and main door was locked with no lights inside. Website is still active so not sure what's going on.

Had their smoked wings and I can honestly say that they're the best wings I've ever eaten.

We were planning to try another place, but they weren 't open for another 45 minutes. We saw a sign advertising smoked wings and decided to try it. We were interested in trying the other smoked meats but they were having some equipment issues. The friendly guy (probably the owner) said, the wings are nummy. He was so right!! The wings were seasoned perfectly and the wings were smoked just right, still juicy and tender. Basically, these wings will ruin you for any other wings!! The Mexican corn and chipotle slaw were delicious also. We liked the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, but the wings were delicious on their own. We will be back next time in town.

Delicious pulled pork! Portions were hearty and well priced. Service was quick and friendly! Yum! Yum!

Great wings and grilled chicken sandwich. While in Torres this is a great place for BBQ. Staff is very friendly.
