The Kings Arms - Torridge

We dined here twice in our week's stay. The landlord and his wife were both friendly and very accommodating and, despite being busy, were able to squeeze us in as a group of 7 on the first occasion (we booked after! . The food is pub fayre, well done and good portions. I had the haunch of venison which was good. Service was efficient and despite being busy they got the food out quickly. The restaurant area at the back is a nice spacious area and they have a play area out the back for the kids to let steam off. Price wise it was good value at about £25 per head for 2 courses, drinks and service. Definitely go back next time we're down in Hartland

Well worth a visit for good food, good drink and good service! We went twice for dinner during our 4 night visit to Devon. All meals were great and the staff were lovely.

Great friendly pub in a small village. friendly staff and nice eating with generous portions. had a rindburger and cadjau. dogs welcome.

Really good. we only booked a few hours before they could take my wife. it turned out that they took not only the additional bookings for the jubilee event, but also in this night a stag party. incredible was the bill for both drinks only £26 I thought was cheap as chips. well done! much luck for the season ahead.

I love this place so much to praise: the cozy pub of the beautiful beer garden the amazing and friendly staff the highest quality food this is the kind of pub that they hope when they miss on vacation and when they go home. I'm coming to devon alone.
