Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Excellent service, I DoorDashed custard and the machine was broken and staff when above and beyond to correct the issue

Nasty unprofessional cashier With a Major attitude problem. She seemed Annoyed to have to speak at a normal volume so I could hear her through the glass. Also, I asked for a cup of water was told they don’t have that. Why work in retail if you hate talking to consumers ? I’ll never go back to this Rita’s. I never experienced an employee at any other Rita’s who needed an attitude adjustment. The owner should be more diligent in hiring employees who are trained in customer service

The ice cream is standard fare for any Rita's, so it's a good time. The seating outside though is always so messy you can't find a spot that isn't covered in layers of congealed ice cream that looks like it's been on the seating and table since the beginning of time. If you're eating to go it's a far better time.

Got my order wrong. Why is it so hard to get chocolate custard on Italian ice?

This place really needs a credit card machine that allows the customer to add a tip. The workers here could be making much more money
