We stayed here for two days one night during our visit to Rann of Kutch. It is located about 20 Kms before actual Rann, but is the best location to stay with much lower cost than staying in tent city at Dhordo. You can reach Rann of Kutch in 20 minutes. There are 10 Bhungas located nicely in a circular manner. Each Bhuga is very big in size with King or rather Jumbo bed and is very aesthetically decorated in a traditional Kutch art. The bathroom is very big room and clean. We had Lunch, afternoon tea, Dinner, morning tea and breakfast in their restaurant. Tea was tasty. The food is traditional Kutch style , simple but very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I had seen a lot of reviews and had mixed opinions about all the homestay resorts, was not sure if i would enjoy, had missed this property's review, finally decided to not book and reach there and stay if any property is available, had visited few, some were not good, some were good but were non Ac, visited this one and immediately got attracted, though it seemed expensive but we wanted to experience the village thing, the Bhungas were very nicely designed fully traditional, with a nice bathroom too. Rooms were spacious, the evening cultural show was also nice. The best part was its food, excellent, simple and tasty food. All the staff were great. Would just like to suggest them to put ACs in dining area and do something for mosquitos. Note one thing will annoy everyone there is the menace of frogs, but they are harmless and part of village's environment.

Desert King Resort , is a best resort in Kutch . well maintained place and staff is very helpful . some hand work and mirror work are also there.
