The menu proposed was strict, with a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and a dessert or cheese to finish. There was no vegetarian option and no allergy friendly dishes either.That being said we had a fabulous meal. Each ingredient had been carefully put together to create an explosion of complimentary flavors. The presentation was spot on and the service lovely. I was unsure about the carrot cake proposed for dessert, but as a Brit I'm a bit picky about that sort of dessert.I recommend trying this restaurant at least once !

I was here with a Swiss friend back in Feb for a dinner. It is a small restaurant with an open kitchen where you an enjoy seeing the chefs preparing the dishes. We both love the food very much. I still remember the fish we ordered was seared until just well and the sauce was excellent. I will definitely be back if I have chance to revisit Toulouse.

Found this place down the street from our hotel. Limited menu but all the food was wonderful. Great service from staff, including the chef checking our preferences for certain items. the desert seemed simple but actually a wonderful combination, Wine list has more choice than food list. Highly recommend this place

The reason we have eaten in this restaurant, has been due to the fact that they were the first to take a vegetarian request seriously into account (after randomly trying at least 8 other restaurants in Toulouse). It is a small sized restaurant, however the services seems to honestly enjoy their work and spend some personal attention to every single guest. The meal had lovely flavours and was well cared for, also they had a refined wine selection. The food was acceptable priced, only the wines have a (maybe too large) variation in price.Good experience and we definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
