One of the best bistros I had the opportunity to do. Tasty dishes, perfect mastery of meat cooking, homemade and successful bearnese sauce, proving a good mastery of traditional cuisine. an address I can only advise on towers. Traditional brassiere with friendly and efficient service. two set menus each with one selection. we had eier mayonnaise and chèvre chaude to start. both were very good and traditional. Chickens are also available. for the main course we had both steak fries that were perfectly cooked and served with a sauce of choice. the steak was cut into thin layers that made it very delicate. Other options are tete de veau and beef tars. we were too full of pudding, but they looked great. again quite traditional, isles flotante, mousse aux chocolat etc.
