Domino's Pizza - Tower Hamlets

I'd rather eat a cow pat than another Dominos pizza. Burnt, dry and tasteless. Complaining gets you nowhere, they just don't care. Never again!

I had a terrible customer service experience with Debra (or Karen) at this restaurant. When I called to inquire about ordering a Hawaiian pizza with an egg on it, she began swearing at me and abruptly hung up the phone. Despite calling back to explain that my inquiry was legitimate, she refused to listen and accused me of lying. She threatened to report me, but all I wanted to do was place an order. When I went to the store in person, she was still rude and did not apologize for her behavior. It is disappointing to see such disrespectful treatment towards customers and I hope that she receives better training in customer service in the future. It seems like she may have missed that part of her training.

By far and away the most delicious Pizza takeaway we have had for over 12 months. Ordering was smooth and simple, the team were really helpful and polite and our delivery driver was so kind and friendly. I actually rang the store this evening to say thank you to the team because it was THAT GOOD! They were surprised to hear Thank You comments so I really hope this branch gets some reward or acknowledgement by how great they have been. We were blown away by how fresh and tasty the whole order was, as well as literally piping hot straight from the oven you would not have known they'd had to travel to get our food to us. This was the first time in about 18 months since ordering from Dominos but only due to the pandemic and trying to keep expenses to a minimum. Will 100% be ordering again and recommending to others to get from this branch. Thank you so much, this meal has made our week (and our 2022 so far!

The pizza was burnt and the worst I have ever had. When I tried calling back to get a new pizza, the shop was closed. I reached out to their head office but have not received any response yet. It was a waste of time and money.

I was sceptical about ordering from this dominos because of previous bad reviews. But my food came on time and was delivered by a friendly Driver. Very please with service and food.
