Kfc - Tower Hamlets

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I was shocked when the cashier, Kamran, did not ask me what size meal I wanted and charged me for a large meal without my consent. When I received my order, I found a half full medium fries instead of the large fries I paid for. I was informed that the large fries were only for those who ordered through deliveroo, which was not mentioned to me at all. I called the helpline to complain and was told to go to the store for a refund. However, when I approached the manager, Sajid, he completely denied giving me a refund, despite showing him a picture of the half full box of fries I received. I was told that there was no way this could have happened as the fries must have been inside the bag. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this store until I receive an apology from the cashier and manager. I reluctantly have to give them 1 star to leave this review, as they do not deserve any stars at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC.

I really enjoy the chicken at this restaurant. I always have to get the chicken. I ordered chicken, they prepared chicken, and I enjoyed the chicken. What's not to love? Goodbye.

The food delivery arrived on time. However, the portion of chips was small and overcooked. I would prefer to go to my local PFC for fast food instead.

The dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. Rubbish all over and needs a good clean. Waited 15 mins for order. Given to another customer who brought it back. They actually thought I would still want the same one!

What a hell hole, I went in to get a quick bite after work never again. The place seems to be the personal office of some local Asian drug dealers, who spend the entire time screaming down their phones at various people they were threating to behead, stab, and otherwise maim shouting on the staff to wait on them hand and foot, to bring them more beans, chips, change this for that, bring them wings etc.... another customer looked at one and had "what the f*ck you looking at C**t screamed at him. I felt safer when I was in the military in some of the more exotic sunny (sandy) locations at least then I was armed!
