I have been a loyal customer of My Local restaurant since it first opened. I would give their food a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The sauces are delicious, the prices are great, and the portion sizes are just right. I would have posted a picture, but I devoured my meal too quickly. Overall, highly recommend this place!

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while now, mainly because of my love for their milkshakes. However, I have consistently had frustrating experiences with their online ordering system. Orders take over 2 hours to arrive, and it is nearly impossible to get in touch with them via phone. Additionally, my orders have often arrived with the wrong flavor. Even when I visited the restaurant in person last time, it was still a lengthy process. The poor customer service has left me very disappointed. Despite my love for their milkshakes, the ongoing issues have made me reconsider continuing to order from them. I placed an order today at 9:09 pm and as of 11:29 pm, no one has answered the phone and my milkshake has not arrived. Update the next morning at 6:42 am: no one showed up to deliver the food, but the money was still taken from my bank account.

Tasty and fresh food always , the customer service is really great. would definitely recommend to anyone who likes chicken. also very cheap compared to rest.
