Being a bit it out of the way and located in a somewhat 'businessy ' area of Wembley, it seems the sort of cafe to go to during the week for a working lunch, not particularly the sort of place to go out of your way to for brunch on the weekend. Nonetheless, the food was delicious. It 's nice when places offer some original elements in your standard 'Big Breakfast '. Here you get a generous portion of baked beans with oozy melted cheese on top- yum!! The sausage was lovely and spicy and good crispy bacon. Always a benchmark for a good quality breakfast. I didn 't feel overly full afterwards, and the price was standard (for Perth) at $20. A good place to go to if you happen to be passing or live nearby.
We tried this place for lunch today and have no complaints at all. The venue is modernand bright. The service was very friendly and amenable, and our choice was ordered quickly and served promptly. The coffee was good (me) or so-so (him). There's that taste buds thing again. The food was tasty and good serve sizes, reasonably priced. He had pastrami, eggs and a tasty tomato sauce while I had bacon and feta bruschetta with a poached egg. Give it a go.
The cafe was small with only a couple of staff members on a weekday morning. The menu was comprehensive (different to the one on currently pictured on zomato) which made it hard to choose. I got the sundried tomato, scrambled eggs with Turkish bread and rocket. My colleague had the smashed avocado dish. We were both pleasantly surprised of the presentation when it came out. Both dishes were delicious and full of flavour.
Breaky at luxe. Friendly and welcoming. Food very reasonable for price, with beautiful quality!
Great Cafe. Will be back. $2 coffee refill is amazing.
