My wife ordered a chicken burrito and found bone in the chicken. They make homemade chips but we're supposedly out of them on a Saturday a couple hours before close. They do not have rice at all which is strange for a Mexican restaurant. Lastly, the screen door needs a repair as it slammed shut every time someone went in or out. Literally about 30 times while we were there had to hear the door slam shut. Overall not a pleasant experience.
Great tacos. Real Mexican flavor and excellent chiles. Sodas are good too.Can sit inside or out. Very pleasant.
Nice little Mexican restaurant with good tacos and burritos. The drinks are pretty good and refreshing. No alcohol available but the patio is very dog friendly.Parking: Parking is on the street and depends on time of day. May need to park across the street.
Carne Asada Burro and chicken fajita taco were delicious. The roasted jalapeño and pickled onions(? were perfect on the side.
Disappointing.....El Pancho Villa is a cute little place, colorful and inviting, with a small patio for outdoor eating and a handful of indoor tables. Order at the counter and your food will be delivered to your table or pick up at the counter to take your meal to go. Service was friendly and fast, so far so good. We ordered 2 burros to go- bean and cheese. 13 bucks. The burros were small, I mean tiny. Although tasty and certainly fresh, there was not a hint of cheese in either burro. They were packed in styrofoam clamshell containers, with nothing but a small plastic container of green salsa (good) and a blistered chili (very good) to accompany the little burro. Yikes! For the price I would have expected the burros to be twice the size with maybe a slice of avocado, some rice, pickled carrot.... Something anyway. I know that food prices have skyrocketed but the cost of this meal was just ridiculous. We support local small businesses and would have become repeat customers if the cost of the meal had been reasonable.
