Kd's Vegan Takeaway - Townsville

I visited KD's several times during my trip to Townsville and tried as much of the menu as I could. I had the scallops, chips and gravy, hash brown, chick’n burger, Caesar salad, and tofu scramble. Everything was fantastic, and I appreciated having vegan options while traveling. I highly recommend it!

We were thrilled to discover this restaurant during our travels. We ordered the veggie burger, roasted vegetable wrap, and chips with gravy. Both the burger and the wrap were absolutely delicious, and it was a delightful surprise to have the chips and gravy without having to ask if the gravy was vegetarian. The staff here were incredibly friendly, too! I wish every place had such wonderful service.

How refreshing it is to discover a fully vegan restaurant with such an incredibly delicious menu! During my visit to the city, I couldn’t resist trying it, and I was not disappointed in the least. Choosing what to order was tough, but I decided on the buffalo cauliflower wrap while my partner opted for the tofu scramble wrap. Both were incredibly flavorful and very filling. The cauliflower wrap was seasoned mildly, which was perfect for me since I usually prefer spicy food but sometimes less is more. The shakes were outstanding as well—we tried the honeycomb and strawberry, and they were among the best shakes I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Very happy I found this vegan takeaway near the airport wish I knew about it earlier! I got the scrambled tofu wrap and a strawberry milkshake delicious! Was impressed with the amount of options available. Lady who served me was very friendly

Had the scrambled wrap and custard donuts and they were so good can’t wait to go back to Townsville so I can eat here again.
