Koffe - Toyama

Ordered iced coffee and it was great. Desserts were excellent too. Cozy atmosphere. Space was limited.

The owner is very gentle and friendly, communicating in english was smoothe and coffee dessert were perfect

Beautiful space, very good coffee roasted on site, and super friendly and genuine owners. An assortment of snacks, too had shortbread cookies that were fantastic. Would be a regular if we lived nearby!

The location is about 15 minutes from Toyama station. The owner, Koji-shan, was formerly a barista and coffee roaster at several cafés in Japan and has a stint at a café in New York. It's a small place with limited seat. The place closes at 6 pm, not 7 pm as stated in overview. The coffee is made using V60 pour over, the so-called artisan coffee. The taste, I would say, was average, although it was better compared to those cafés that use full machine.
