Criterion Hotel - TRAFALGAR

A place that is busy and almost packet on a Monday says a lot about a place. It was good food nice restaurant and a reasonable price. Nice clean and newish atmosphere. I would go back again.

The food here is alright but compared to Moe is expensive. It needs some competition! Has a good range of beer and wine. Owner is always supporting local organizations!

I thought I'd give the Criterion Hotel another go after a spell. I heard about the new menu and kitchen staff.It was worth it. My steak was cooked to my liking, and the service was good. I was with friends and we were all happy with our meals.

Driving home from Melbourne, after looking on Trip Advisor, decided to have a quick tea at the Criterion. Was not disappointed. All 3 meals were very large and delicious and out in a reasonable amount of time. All staff were very friendly and didn't rush us even tho they had closed.

Excellent pub grub, pizzas, seafood,convenient position, worth a stop on your way through this quaint old town.....
