Contribuisci feedbackI should have written this review years ago. How many times do you have to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I understand that you may not want to make a full batch to avoid food waste, but avoiding the waste altogether means avoiding losing money. It was disappointing when they served me a footlong meatball sandwich with only six meatballs but a lot of sauce. Additionally, when I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, the doors were locked. The two employees inside saw me, then went around the back corner and disappeared. Really? It was during your operating hours and the OPEN sign was lit. The ladies at the neighboring restaurant, Holiday, said they have experienced similar issues. I know it can be difficult to find good workers and that management can't always be on site, but there are definitely better ways to run your establishment.
The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and even offered me some freshly baked cookies when they were running low on certain varieties. They also made sure to tag each item on the order, making it easy to identify.
