Contribuisci feedbackOf cause the trip from Allentown to Bklyn needs a on the road meal I was told there was a wendys close by so after getting gas next stop was there after making 2 circles around mc donalds trying to find Wendys I was lead in the correct location. Wow, ALL the workers there are so friendly wow like hello to my life long next door neighbors yes that kind of friendly I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich and a 4 for 4 meal it was good but so is all wendys meals on their menu. The place floor, tables, chairs and bathrooms was clean . The folks that work there keep up this restaurant am assuming like their homes even the beverage are the garbage can and the outside of the restaurant is well kept I love it if am in the area I would definitely try to ear in to be around such positive young people.Thank you all that work there for Great Service. Parking: Lots of spaces to park and handicap spaces are right by the front door.
Stopped in for a strawberry frosty because it was advertised for summer, which it still is til next week. They had pumpkin spice instead, gross! They should always have at least vanilla chocolate, then add a specialty. Their large frosty was more like a medium. Value for price? I felt cheated! They doubled the price and mad the cup smaller...No, I will not go back to Wendy's ever!

Save yourself some time and go to McDonalds down the street where you will get hot fresh food without any attitudes like you get when you go to the Wendy's (store number 00002029) like I did today. Manger (out of a bit of respect, which I did not get from her, I will not list her name) is not a fan of listening to why I had to drive back and walk into the restaurant because my fries and nuggets were iced cold. She pretty much threw another order of fries at me, didn't even let me tell her about the other unacceptable cold items. Clearly the DM Corey, needs to better train his staff. You know you are not over exaggerating when I had to walk back into the store to get the managers name and the customers in line gave it to me!
Slowest fast food ever. You can't blame this on labor shortage as it has been like this for years. 10 minutes in the drive through line and no one had moved. Until 6 cars gave up. We had a nice dinner elsewhere. It obvious customers nor their time mean anything to the owners of this dump. Wife stopped a drive through first time in ages. Told her I wanted the bacon double stack biggie bag. Person at drive through said they don't have that sandwich and never did. Except it is on menu, on the app etc. But this person didn't even know Wendy's menu. Great training program at Wendy's. Now I know why they all suck.
