Subway - Trier

Food is generally ok (most times). Though the hygiene and staff attentiveness is lacking. Place crawling in wasps and flies, including over the sandwich counter simply using a lid for the food would stop the flies crawling over the ham etc. Also whatever happened...to food hygiene, as in using gloves to serve, picking bread up and filling without any gloves come on. This place is popular at lunch time but there are nicer sandwich shops across that pay more attention to food hygiene.

Had good sandwiches here, but end bill was a bit surprisingly high. Good location on edge of Hauptmarkt with some kind of terrace during good weather

Really what more to say. I ddi eat here and it is useful in that is has some outdoor seating. However it is possible to get better sandwiches from local shops very close by.

After taking my girlfriends vegetarian order the staff paid no attention to keeping any meats away from her sandwich. When taking my order the chap did not listen then got irritated when I drew his attention to the error. Food was ok but nothing special....Not recommended though.

I was a bit hungry and bought a sandwich; the guy vendor was nice, it was clean there and I didn't wait much. Most of the people were nice and I wouold recommend it to other tourists, too.
