In una notte molto ventosa, fredda e piovosa il mese scorso, io e mia moglie siamo entrati in questo stabilimento e subito il calore e l'ospitalità che è stato messo fuori ci ha fatto dimenticare le condizioni miserabili che esistevano all'esterno. Si tratta di un piccolo ristorante, ma sembrava che fossimo a casa di qualcuno come il proprietario e lo chef ci ha accolti con cuore. Sono rimasto sorpreso di quanto era occupato e c'era solo un piccolo tavolo per due disponibili, ma eravamo felici di ottenerlo. Il menu era piccolo, ma tutto su di esso sembrava grande. C'erano 3 articoli per ogni categoria di pesce, carne e pasta. Si raccomandava di provare il Carbonara come fosse una delle loro specialità e lo sostenevano come il migliore a Trieste. Prego di differire come credo sia il migliore in tutta Italia. Mia moglie aveva uno dei migliori piatti di pesce che ha mai avuto che è venuto con una salsa di agrumi bianco. Abbiamo anche avuto un contorno di carciofi che era grande e saporito. Siamo stati gli ultimi ad andarsene quella notte, ma prima di partire, abbiamo parlato ampiamente con il proprietario. Lei è molto affascinante e un ospite così meraviglioso. Dall'inizio alla fine, questo ristorante ci ha dato un'esperienza memorabile sia con il cibo che con l'ospitalità. In short, fantastic food and staff! This restaurant is primarily about pasta Although we didn't have a reservation in the evening, the staff was very nice, found a place in this small and cozy restaurant and seated us. We were with 2 small children, there was no problem with that either, they have children's chairs in the restaurant. The entire menu is available online via QR code, and is in perhaps 20 languages. The staff speaks perfect English, explains everything and is really very nice. All the pastas (3) that we tried were fantastic, but it is true that the spaghetti carbonara was probably the best. The bread served with the pasta was also great and fresh. Price ratio vs. the quality in the given place is excellent. Very nice little restaurant, beautifully designed, cozy atmosphere. Very friendly hostesses, the cook serves, so there is also an opportunity to chat and discuss. The food was delicious, from the antipasti to the dessert. Gladly again! Vegetarian options: A good selection of vegetarian dishes. Not all of them are marked as vegetarian on the menu, so we recommend reading carefully. Kid-friendliness: There are high seats and the cook has children herself, so it's very child-friendly.
