Bahnhof - Trimmis

This is very close to the railway station and near an industrial site. It is easy to get from the car route and has many parking spaces. A family-run guest house with restaurant for non-residents is open. Staying close, we went in the afternoon for a coffee and were warmly welcomed so that we decided to go back to dinner later. There was a change of staff, but we were treated equally well and enjoyed a very good meal with some excellent local wine. Several truck drivers use a nearby park for their vehicles and they took their dinner there as well as a little local color. We ate on the ground floor, where there is also a terrace, but there can also be a restaurant upstairs if there is enough demand. We enjoyed our visits and would consider staying here if we go on.

We ate in the downstairs area where there is also a terrace but there may also be a restaurant upstairs when there is sufficient demand.We enjoyed our visits and would consider staying here if we pass that way again.
