Firehouse Pizza - Trinity

Well this place is garbage. Their customer service is horrible. The manager here is very unprofessional. They called me to explain that the lady who took my order was new and that my order was going to go up from 22 and some change to 29 and some change over the phone. Then once I arrived to pick up my pizza the manager proceeded to say that it was going to go up another 3 dollars plus tax for just 2 large pizzas. I would recommend that u use Simple Simon Pizza. I haven't order from them. Maybe the customer service might be better along with consistent pricing. Just be careful with this place.

Good pizza. Definitely not anything like you major pizza brands. If they showed a little creative love to the inside of place, people would dine out for pizza with the family, once again!

Firehouse Pizza is more than a pizza place. Great menu with lots of options. The Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are great for the family. Love this place and we will be back!!

I've order quite frequently from them. They have forgotten my drink on three different occasions. The last delivery they brought the wrong order. After calling them to tell them about it they sent the driver back over to pick it up. I told them not to do that. I'm pretty sure the person who ordered that order would not want it after it has been in my house and opened. I will not order delivery from them again

Ordered a supreme large, and the pizza itself is good. But, the problem is the dough underneath needs to be seared and toasted because it's a little on the raw side. I got the pie home and grilled the slices on my flattop for about 5 minutes to crisp it up. Extremely nice lady at the front of the store. Price was fine.
