Dunkin' - Trooper

This is a horrible Dunkin! The quality of food and drinks is poor and their dining room is always closed so they are losing business every single time they close the dining room doors and lock the door.

The drive-thru experience was fast the guy taking your order was nice guy at the window handing your food was nice but they had forgot to give me a snack and bacon I sent my son into let them know with the receipt and the Caucasian lady that work theregave him an attitude about it

When I arrived to pick up my online order, the restaurant's door was locked. Since I was on foot, I couldn't use the drive-thru and had to ask for a refund for my order.

I am constantly disappointed with this restaurant as my order is frequently incorrect. This time, I paid for two bagels but only received one, and both of the coffees I ordered were incorrect. I am fed up with wasting my money here.

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I've ever visited. The service was awful - I waited 15 minutes before being informed by three workers that someone would assist me. My Aunt's bagel was stale and burnt. Despite our arrival, they refused to let anyone else in and we were forced to leave through the side door.
