They kept the stained glass windows, which adds to the beauty inside. Plenty of seating is available both inside and out. Many of the bench seats around the inside perimeter are made from the old pews from the church. As for the beers, they have over 20 on draft. For food, they have an assortment of appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and burgers. A decent list of dessert options too. During my visit I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Great flavor, chicken was moist and tender. It is a thinner crust pizza, which I like but it was slightly overcooked which dried it out around the edges. Luckily I had plenty of ice cold beer options to wash it down.? I arrived at 5pm on a Thursday and was immediately seated with only a handful of customers in the pub. By 6pm the place was packed! Definitely a great place to hang out with friends or family. It is a must see location in Troy, OH.
Very cool atmosphere, and great craft beer. I was in the area for business, and stopped in. I live in Asheville, NC, where there are micro brewers on every corner. I've had my share, and this place is legit.
Converted church to brewery and an awesome one at that! The atmosphere is a beautiful collision of old world architecture and modern amenities combining time in one place. And that wasn't even the best part. A spectrum of finely crafted beers await on tap, I chose a dark toasted oat stout which was alive with flavor and new to the selection. I have had many of dark delicious beers and this one is in the top five! The fantastic and knowledgeable server behind the bar made the whole experience grand! I'll definitely be making a stop here again after exploring some of the local hiking destinations! Here's some takeaways: -Food! Get some with your brews -Parking on the side streets and out front but nearby lawfirm let's you park after 5 in lot -A beer garden is on the side where dogs are welcome -depending on where you sit, there are three pokestops and a gym
Stopped in for dinner and drinks while in the area for wedding planning. Awesome atmosphere ? they did a great job converting the church while still keeping the aesthetic, including some of the stained glass. Tons of beer options across a range of styles so if you like lighter beers, darker ones, or seltzers, you?ll find something.
I really enjoyed this unique brewery. The building originally the First Lutheran Church in downtown Troy. The atmosphere was great, old and rustic looking with stained glass windows. It is nicely renovated with excellent service, food, and especially a wide variety of brews. Highly recommend.
