If I could give zero stars, I would. the waiting time is ridiculous, the workers are rude and the quality is sub par. avoid them if they can. I understand that it is in a favorable situation, but it is really terrible. As an assistant at another dunkin, I can't understand how a company can load it so hard to crash. After 5 very minutes sitting there waiting for my order to be takin, I just said hi? and the lady cried to give her a minute. I just ran away. it is too regrettable.
Backed up on multiple orders. Very disorganized with getting people their orders in a timely manner. Lots of us had to ask workers about orders we were waiting on. I asked about my coffee and no one knew what I'd ordered. I'd showed the girl my phone with my order and she'd given me an iced coffee when id ordered a hot. After the first girl took my order, someone else finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for a coffee and someone else was taking care of my order. She proceeded to ask me what kind of coffee I'd ordered as if I didn't just tell her that someone has it.
