Liza’s - Troy

What a great experience I had with Liza’s yesterday. I’ve eaten their before and it’s fantastic. We have vegan and gluten free eaters in my family so this place really works for us. We ordered a carrot cake for a birthday and some lunch (açaí bowls) there yesterday. Everything was delicious, but the cake was fantastic! You would have never know it was gluten free and vegan, but the main reason I’m writing was how amazing the staff at Liza’s is. It was a pretty warm day yesterday and we decided to walk and pickup our order. Liza was so accommodating in helping us get our cake home without melting and to top it off, had our cake on a beautiful stand and gave us candles. Thanks Liza’s for taking that extra step which made moving day and birthday celebration a little easier.

Very tasty, very good vibes. Music was upbeat and calming. The staff was patient and helpful with questions. Atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Been going to them for years. The açaí bowls are really delicious and fresh. The teas are refreshing and food is cooked well.

Always the best. Nobody makes an Acai bowl like Liza's! We tried the cauliflower tacos as well today and I was impressed by the flavor and texture.

Liza's (and Liza) is awesome. Perfect spot for a guilt-free treat or full meal. Their cold brew coffee with cashew milk is heavenly!

I absolutely love the ambiance and aesthetic of this place! I'm usually quite particular about my food, but my breakfast here was fantastic! They also offer CBD products, lunch bags, seasoned oils, and a wide variety of teas. And did I mention they have gluten-free and vegan options? I also appreciate the abundance of plants; they really enhance the overall atmosphere!
