Excellent experience. You have 2 choices at each entry, dish, dessert. And you have a menu to choose between 3, 4.5 or 6 dishes. Very good and pleasant dishes in a pleasant setting, in a gourmet atmosphere. If the experience tempts you, you'd better book.

Very nice little restaurant. The dishes are very good, sufficient in quantity, there are only 2 possible choices for entries, dishes and desserts but the menu changes every week. The cream burned with citrus fruit is a wonder. There is little room (it is better to book) and the tables are very close but the decor is very pretty.

A beautiful discovery in a mythical street of Troyes in the city center. The kitchen is home with fresh and seasonal products. Two entries, two dishes and cheeses or desserts. There are also wine suggestions for the agreement. The staff is very useful. We had a good time. Just one thing, a little pillow on the terrace chairs would be welcome. To discover.

Eating in Flexi is the insurance of fresh products with a super short card. The kitchen is good without reaching the tops. Cooking the cute net was mastered, but potatoes are not cooked enough for my taste. The glass wines offered in their formula are unmatched in quality. In summary, the Flexi offers quality cuisine without reaching a gastronomic level. But that's probably not the point.

A great moment and a very good experience. We took the menu of 3 dishes: delicious, very well cooked! We enjoyed the dessert entrance! If we get back to the corner, we'll be back with pleasure!
