Reservations do not work correctly! We booked a room 2 weeks before the trip, the website posted a message that the room is booked, after that no one called back and did not contact us. Before the trip we decided to call and clarify whether everything is all right, the hotel staff told us that our reservation is gone. How can we know that something is wrong if no one even contacted us?! It is good that we found out before the trip and not when we were there.

Great idea of green internal space. This time unfortunately our room was somewhere besides without direct view of green zone. Will consider next time to negotiate the room location during booking

This place is awesome!!! Me and my sister made lots of nice photos and have a great time. Rn we are waiting for Pina Colada's laying in a cozy bed near our table in the restaurant. The food is so good we spent more money on it then we did on spa procedures lol. A great place to visit for 2-3 days. We will definitely come back this summer for more. The personnel is professional and nice and the spa consultant is speaking in a calming ASMRrish voice. Love everything about this place, we were a bit vary on the drive in since it is still under construction but once you get in you are in a secluded paradise and it's lovely here <3

Pleasant time can be spent, the basic service includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, aroma therapy, salt cave all at no extra cost. The rooms and the building are beautiful and alternate unique. At the reception, they tried to give an accurate answer to all our questions, even if they were not related to the hotel. They can communicate in English. The restaurant prepares delicious meals, but unfortunately the serving is solved by practicing learning waiters , and there is often confusion and delay but they cannot be blamed (so they learn), but cause the guest an inconvenience. The Phyto barrel service is among the non paying, but paid.

The lux rooms include two huge beds, two chairs and table, Bathroom with bath (not shower), TV and air conditioner. We did not have any smell in our rooms! Everyday, there was some sort of construction happening at 9 am, not letting us sleep because we preferred to open windows instead of air conditioner. The administrator and spa consultants were friendly, neither restaurant waitresses nor their other stuff were friendly, always so grumpy. Rooms if asked were cleaned every day. The quality of spa procedures ranged with people who were giving services: I.e. one cosmetologist will give you 1min of actual procedure before putting a mask on, another cosmetologist will spend 5min. Spa consultant needs to know more about spa procedures: I.e. we asked for a full body massage, they offered Spanish which was a relaxing massage where massaging were just smoothly touching your body I wasn’t even able to feel like it was a massage. The indoor pool water was very cold and water in jacuzzi was dirty. If hotel is crowded, there is not enough space for everybody in spa zone. Hotel had cinema theatre with different movie every night which was very nice and relaxing. They also had yoga once in two three days. Hotel Decor was very nice! But restaurant food was mediocre, although we liked American Complex breakfast, borsch, pelmeni and spinach soup.
