Blake's Lotaburger

"I had high hopes for the best green chili cheeseburger in New Mexico, but unfortunately, your burgers did not meet my expectations. I regret spending my time and money at your restaurant. From now on, the true champion of the title for the BEST GREEN CHILI CHEESEBURGER is Sparky's BBQ in Hatch. You should be embarrassed to carry the Blake name while offering such subpar food and service."

This restaurant isn't like those in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, or Espanola. The staff they hire seem to have no idea what green chile and cheese actually are. I sat there and explained that they charged me for green chile and cheese, but all I received was potatoes and green chile—no cheese at all. When I ordered a breakfast burrito, they didn’t even put any chile inside; they just give you a small cup on the side, which is pretty laughable. The cheese should be like what you would find in a proper breakfast burrito. They also never answer the phone when you try to place an order, especially for breakfast. This isn’t a true Blake’s experience. Even the cashiers are rude, which is disappointing; in the 15-20 years I’ve been going to Blake's, I've never encountered rude cashiers until now.
