Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was a bit of a joke at midnight when it came to wait times and attitude. I've been waiting for about 20 minutes now, and there are cars lining the main road. The staff often joking around can be amusing, but it might not be so funny one of these days. It's hard to believe they don't realize how chaotic this place is. The food is usually decent, which is the only positive. I initially gave it 3 stars, but I've updated it to 4 stars because they're moving a little faster and being more polite now.
The drive-thru staff was very rude! I told myself to remain calm while she took my order, but she didn’t leave the window for at least five minutes. When I finally went to the window, she seemed annoyed that I was there. How long should I have to wait in a drive-thru line? I waited my turn to order, but then I had to wait even longer at the window after placing my order. Overall, I expect fast service from a fast-food restaurant. The prices are cheap, which is great, but my time is valuable. I’ve tried this place twice now, and both times have been really disappointing.
I went to this place. It was a long line, that wasn't the problem. It was the customer service that was the problem. The General Manager was disrespectful and rude. She made a comment with the worst attitude? You have to go back and watch the menu? when I asked a question. I feel so disturbed and I never want to visit this place again. She has to be fired. All the others were great that she didn't treat the situation well. Your customer service capabilities are based on standards. She's bringing down the organization.
Had great pulled pork tray was tender and juicy. TRAY comes with 2 sides for like 7 bucks. Get good amt of food. All the menu is reasonably priced. The burgers were just right. The shakes were on point the red cherry shake was it. The heath toffee one was great too. The WHITE CHEDDAR BITES ARE BOMB!!! Almost drove back thru the line to get more. The have so much business they run out of food. Going to eat here over and over and over. Yummo! Delish! Oh yeah...walking tacos are a yes!
I visited two cookouts in a 2day time in two states. The customer service needs a revamp in Orangeburg, SC and Stone Mountain, GA! Left off my items on my sandwhich... Caught an attitude because I couldn't hear the young ladies clearly due to muffled voices and masks. I had hoped to redeem myself with the second visit and ignore some of the posts that I saw via Facebook about the service. I took the time to apologize to the young lady that I was making her day bad by being a little slow because this was my first visit. Definitely need to take lessons from Culver's or Chic Fil A on customer service. No lettuce or tomatoes with ketchup and mustard present. Hush puppies were rocks! Harriet would have been disappointed!
