Place is a joke at midnight regarding waiting time and attitude. I'm still waiting, about 20 minutes? Cars were on the main road. Then they always want to talk stupid to people. That's funny, but one of these days isn't going to be fun. There is no way you don't know how crazy this place is?. Only plus is the food usually ok? 3 stars? ..update to 4 stars? they move alil faster and talk nicer now

The drive thru staff is very rude!!! I then told myself to stop while she left my order, but never left the window for at least 5 minutes. So I went into the window and when she finally came by, she tried to hunt me not to follow her order. How long should I sit in a car-dru line?? I sat and waited my turn to order, then nothing had to wait on the window after the order. All in all, it should be fast food. Cheap food cheap prices great, but my time is not cheap. Of course it was 2. It's time to try them out and both times terrible.

I always had a good service, but the women were nasty, especially the women who had orange-looking hair on the front of their head. She needs better customer services. There were 2 women working this night and they were very rude. The bread was all wet because it was too much juice in the claw. Food is always better than that night. I never met an employee in this place to be rude.

I went to this place. It was a long line, that wasn't the problem. It was the customer service that was the problem. The General Manager was disrespectful and rude. She made a comment with the worst attitude? You have to go back and watch the menu? when I asked a question. I feel so disturbed and I never want to visit this place again. She has to be fired. All the others were great that she didn't treat the situation well. Your customer service capabilities are based on standards. She's bringing down the organization.

Had great pulled pork tray was tender and juicy. TRAY comes with 2 sides for like 7 bucks. Get good amt of food. All the menu is reasonably priced. The burgers were just right. The shakes were on point the red cherry shake was it. The heath toffee one was great too. The WHITE CHEDDAR BITES ARE BOMB!!! Almost drove back thru the line to get more. The have so much business they run out of food. Going to eat here over and over and over. Yummo! Delish! Oh yeah...walking tacos are a yes!
