Contribuisci feedbackNothing like my favorite pizza hut pizzas after the arrival of a long trip from the country. I have a lot and delivery directly from her app. it came hot and after midnight! I was so grateful that I could order shortly before 12 o'clock. I'm never disappointed at the sweat of perfect aromen and balance. I'll have a little more now!
This location manager goes beyond and beyond for customer satisfaction. not to mention is the best pizza hut pizza I've ever had and I love pizza hut. if they ask for extra cheese, they will receive it. thank you!
One of the worst attendance ever however the young man inside was great ? awesome on how he took my order but I called earlier to try and place a carry out order and decided I would go in only cause I kept being placed on hold or call would drop and noticed that the cashier kept placing calls on hold while flirting with some black gentleman taking there order slowly so unprofessional I have worked in the fast food industry as a general manager and shift lead I work at a international convenience store and catering kitchen and if I’m busy I stop and help the customer with anything how rude to have this going on I would always make sure customers where attended or at least acknowledge for a hold politely
Unsafe and unsanitaryI ordered pizza through the app. They were supposed to bring it curbside but they were running slow so I went in. To my surprise a lady returned her pizza because they gave the wrong order. I watched them take the pizza and put it inside the heating station with the other warm fresh pizzas. I was utterly surprised because I have always known that you throw away any food returned. In shock they then attempted to give me the returned pizza!! After a lady brought this back from her car, after all the employees looked and breathe over it…they gave the returned pizza to me— a new customer. When I asked if this was the same retuned pizza ….they were honest and said yes! I guess it’s standard practice, I told them it’s unsafe and unsanitary. No one apologized, they told me my new pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked for a refund instead, because reality is they would probably give me the same pizza. To make things worst, customer service said this practice of re-giving return pizza to paying customers… is okay depending on the store. I can’t fathom that this is real, nor will I be eating at any Pizza Hut’s again!
Placed an order at 6:50 called at 8:30 to see where my order was. The first person didn’t see it, transferred me. The 2nd person said driver was on the way. Called back at 9pm they have to contact the driver. Called me back at 9:12 they misplaced my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ONE AGAIN.. INCOMPETENT
