Absolutely delicious food. They have a lot of vegan options, and any pizza can be made vegan, which drew me in. I had the vegan marinara and it was fantastic. I also had the vegan Sorta Torta which did not disappoint. The best crust I have ever had. My server was friendly and I enjoyed eating outside. This is a great place with amazing food.
Our first meal in Arizona! The staff were friendly, the food was superb. On the recommendation of our AirBnB hostess we decided to give it a try. We had the excellent El Fauxrizo pizza made in the brick oven. Andy then gave us tips on where to go to watch the sunset.
If you want an authentic Italian culinary experience, that is it! The bottles of water is served, the feeling of napkins, the perfect bubbly pizza crust, the variety of beats that wait long for the pizza. Everything is the closest authentic Italian I found. To read other reviews, people complain about the slow service, but this is one of the best parts. Plan, here awhile and enjoy it. Come with friends and enjoy entertainment while you wait. It reminds me of many long slow evenings in Italy, just plan to spend some time. Slow food is how food should be.
Falora is one of my favorite pizzas in Tucson. They have so many vegetarian options for their pizza and pasta dishes beautiful salads and amazing wood fired pizza. My favorite pizza has figs and Brie cheese, it is heavenly and hands down my favorite pizza combination I tried in Tucson. For anyone who complains about waiting for food too long and that the service is slow: they actually have a special pizza oven that can only cook so many pizzas at a time. Pizza is a craft and an art, every pizza is made by hand for you with love? worth waiting.
